This document was finalized as CEPMC position paper by the TG CPDW (Task Group on Construction Products in Contact with Drinking Water). It expresses the opinion of CEPMC Members and Associate Members about the long discussion on the European Acceptance Scheme (EAS), and its transformation in EAS-CPD. It was transmitted to the European Commission (R. Klein), and to CEN, in particular to Bill Harper, Rapporteur of the drinking water sector.
